Institute Balance Fee and Hostel Fee Payment Details/ Instructions

The candidates who are allocated the Institute (IIIT Bhagalpur) are instructed to proceed for the payment of the balance Institute fee as per the below mentioned cases.

Students may pay the amount in fragments (in case their DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING does not allow to pay the whole amount in a single transaction). But all those transactions are to be made on or before physical reporting (11-Sep-2023) of the Institute.

Candidates with the allotment program as Mathematics and Computing (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology) are instructed to pay the balance Institute Fee through  SBI collect. 
Kindly provide the details as follows:

Payment category: MISC
Purpose: Balance Institute Fee
Roll No.: JEE Mains Application No. 
Remarks: I semester balance Fee
Candidates allotted Mathematics and Computing (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology) who have already done the payment do not need be worried.

SBI Collect

Select payment category as Hostel Fee for the hostel fee and Mess fee for the payment against mess advance.

Write your JEE Mains Application No as Roll No.Select semester as I.
Hostel Name: New Boys Hostel (Male Candidate)
Hostel Fee Amount: Rs 22000/- (Male Candidate)
Hostel Name: Girls Hostel (Female Candidate)
Hostel Fee Amount: Rs 16000/- (Female Candidate)
Mess Fee Amount: 16000/- (For Male & Female Candidates)

 

*Mess Charges: to be charged as per actual cost (Approximately ₹16000 for four months).

The candidates need to pay the balance Institute fee using the payment gateway Eshiksa. The link of the payment gateway is mentioned below:

Hostel allocation process is a part of admission procedure. Hostel Fee and Mess Fee would be collected separately through the SBI collect. Link and relevant details are mentioned above. 

NOTE: Candidates availing the Educational loan are instructed to request the bank officials to write an email to  ar.academic[AT]iiitbh.ac.in to enquire bank related detials of the Institute.
